Brief
Double Ring Gear Company, Ltd. is a joint venture specialized in producing automobile and motorcycle gears. Founded in 1991, experienced 10 years hard pioneering work, nowadays we become one of largest and strongest enterprises in automobile and motorcycle gears production. Now we have gears production capability more than 1,500,000 pieces annually and a fixed asset total value of USD12, 000,000. We have very strong productive and new product development capability.
We have a staff of more than 700 persons, among them more than 100 persons are medium and high-grade technical administrative personnel and technicians. The company occupies an area of nearly 40/000 sq.m., with the construction area of more than 20,000 sq.m.

We have three series gears products, motorcycle gears, automobile

Quality Control
We have P26 fully automatic numerical inspection center made in German Kerinbeig Company and over 50 special inspection equipment for comprehensive inspecting shape and direction of gears. And equipment for inspecting physical and chemistry properties, metallography and hardness are fully equipped. We have achieved transformation from ISO9000 Quality Control System 1991 edition to 2000 edition.
